Add option to disable autoscroll after submission

Currently when hitting enter it auto scrolls so that the new message is at the top of the screen. I would love to see an option to disable this in settings. Often I am referencing previous messages to compare with the answer of the next message (e.g. when doing mathematical prompts) and I tediously have to scroll straight back up every time. For any prompts that involve processing information step by step and comparing with previous steps, it is nicer to have this functionality disabled.
