Add image support for GPT-4.5

Yeah I know I know nobody even uses this model but since it’s gonna be here for another few months, it’d be nice to enable it’s image support. I’ve found that because it’s a huge model it has a much better multimodal understanding than some of the other models, and I’m guessing it wouldn’t be much more than a toggle in the backend?
