Add Fal BYOK for Image Generation Studio.

I recently ran out of usage for image generation and I was unable to BYOK for any of the image generation models. I know Theo likes Fal so I assume that is what he is using - it would be great to have BYOK for Fal aswell so I can fall back to my own API key when I run out of T3 Chat quota.
