Accessibility formatting issue with messages

When in a chat, the messages I send and the messages received do not show up as their own heading to screen readers. That means I can’t easily navigate message to message, and have to navigate by buttons instead looking for the copy button to find the boundary of each message.

One way I can think to make this work is to create a heading visible only to screen readers above each message and response, E.G., some text on a lvl 2 heading that says ‘your message’ and some text on a level 3 that says ‘response’. Making these only visible to screen readers shouldn’t affect the visual presentation of the headings, and would line up with what makes using something like chat GPT a little more accessible for the moment.
