I have this as well. It requires another scroll for me. Meaning that I might think that I scrolled through everything, but when I scroll one more time (after moving a mouse, at least for me it doesn’t work without moving the mouse in the window), there are one or two models that are obfuscated by it.
It’s non-essential, but on other platforms it might be more than just an annoyance
Windows 10, 1080p 16:9 monitor. Since my monitor has a pivot, I could check if the problem isn’t much worse on 9:16 monitor, which I sometimes use for longer chats.
The second scrolling bar is the one that requires additional scroll. Thankfully I noticed it.
